Your IT team places both into your AI environment, following a setup guide we provide. From that point, your AIs have a cultural layer they did not have before, and they can see what it could not see before.
When we improve the intelligence, you receive the new version and your IT team loads it the same way.
Connecting to UC directly, so that your AIs draw on the latest intelligence as they needs it, without loading files at all, may be possible in the future. For now, the intelligence lives in your environment and is loaded by your team.
