Explanation

For teams who want to understand more deeply:

Topic Talks – Colleagues choose the topics, I prepare, we then discuss, guiding them to deeper understanding.

Q&A Sessions – Colleagues submit questions, I group thematically, we then discuss, gaining even greater clarity.


Integration

For teams who want to integrate approaches:

First Question – “Where do we differ in how we think, therefore in how we work?” We’ll identify the areas.

Second Question – “What impact do those differences have on our collaboration?” We’ll quantify the impact.

Third Question – “How can we get the differences to work for not against collaboration?” We’ll integrate approaches.


Solution

For teams who need to solve problems, we’ll take three steps:

Step 1 – Interviews: I speak with key people, listen for three things: problems, impact on collaboration, contributing factors (cultural and non-cultural). 

Step 2 – Analysis: My analysis leads to concrete recommendations. I present, we discuss in detail, then decide together how best to proceed. 

Step 3 – Implementation: Actions can take many forms: coaching, training, workshops. The goal, however, is always the same: implementable solutions.
