The format depends on the situation: facilitation for multinational teams experiencing cross-cultural friction, workshops for groups and projects preparing for collaboration, coaching for leaders such teams.

The focus is always on the same three key questions:

Where do we differ in how we think, therefore in how we work? What impact do those differences have on our collaboration? How can we get the differences to work for us, not against us?

This work is grounded in UC’s cultural intelligence — the same research that powers the culture agent. I bring it into the room: addressing patterns, surfacing dynamics, helping colleagues to see what they’ve been missing.

My deepest expertise is the Germany-USA space, where I have worked for 25+ years — post-merger integrations, long-term cross-border teams, senior-level management alignment.
