What you get.

UC gives you two things that work together.

The first is the cultural intelligence itself. It covers 66 countries and 30 topics, from communication to decision-making to leadership, to conflict resolution. It is not a set of tips or country clichés.

Instead, it describes how people in each culture tend to think and work — the underlying logic, not the surface etiquette. It is written in plain language and prepared so that your AI can read it and draw on it directly whenever culture is in play.

On its own, the intelligence just sits in your environment. On their own, generic AIs won’t surface culture at all. The instructions are what close that gap. They make your AI detect the cultural dimension, bring in the right material, and resist the easy misreading.

Put simply, the intelligence is what your AI knows about culture, and the instructions are how it knows when and how to use it.
