Start with pilots.

You do not have to commit across the whole company to find out whether UC is worth it. Start with a few teams.

Choose a handful of your most important multinational teams, the ones where people work across cultures every day and where the friction costs the most. Give them UC inside the tools they already use, and let them work with it on their real tasks for a few months.

Then look at what happened. Their own experience, in their own situations, will tell you far more than any claim we could make. You see whether the help lands, whether people use it, and whether it changes how those teams work together.

A pilot is low in cost and low in risk. You pay only for the people on those teams who use it, and nothing more. If it proves its worth, you expand from there, team by team or all at once. If it does not, you have spent very little to find out.

Either way, you decide based no what you saw in your own company, not from anything we told you.
