Start with pilots.

You do not have to commit across an entire division or the whole company to find out whether UC is worth it. You can start with a few departments.

Choose a handful of your most important multinational departments, the ones where people work across cultures every day, and where the friction costs the most. Add our intelligence and instructions into their AI environment. Let them work with it.

Then look at what happened. Their own experience, in their own situations, will tell you far more than any claim we could make. You see whether the help lands, whether people use it, and whether it changes how those teams work together.

A pilot is low in cost and low in risk. You pay only for the people on those teams who use it, and nothing more. If it proves its worth, you expand from there, department by department. If it does not, you have spent very little to find out.

Either way, you decide based on what you saw in your own company, not from anything we told you.
