Most cultural help comes too late. A training course teaches people about a culture months before they need it, and by the time the moment arrives, the lesson is gone.
UC works the other way. Your AI will notice, in what your people bring to it, the cultural influences they had not seen: when shaping a message, preparing for a meeting, making a decision. The AI notices, often before your people have realized culture is involved at all. Then it tells them, in plain terms, what is going on.
Say someone is reading a blunt reply from a German colleague and starting to take offense. When they ask their AI about that reply, the AI points out that the directness is meant as honesty, transparency, and respect for their time. Not as rudeness. The person reads the message correctly and responds well, and a small problem never becomes a large one.
The help is brief, and it lands on the real task in front of them. Your AI does not lecture, and it does not take over the work. It shows the person what they could not see, at the moment they need to see it, and then gets out of the way.
