None of this is something we add. It is your platform’s own reporting, in your own environment, showing you what is already there. We install nothing that watches, and we ask for nothing your platform does not already provide.
That picture is useful in its own right. It shows you where cross-cultural friction occurs in your organization and where it might make sense to expand.
The same view is where the active-user count comes from. What reporting can show varies by platform, so we agree to the counting method with you before starting a pilot.
What we never do is produce a number of our own and ask you to take it on trust.
