Deployment
How long does deployment take? One person, one day. Create the advisor in your existing AI platform, upload the intelligence files, paste in the instructions, test it. Done.
Which AI platforms work? Any platform that allows custom agents or system prompts: ChatGPT Enterprise, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and others.
Do we need IT involvement? Usually not. If your team already has access to an AI platform, anyone can create the advisor. No special permissions or integrations required.
What if our AI platform isn’t listed? If your platform accepts uploaded files and custom instructions, it will work. Contact us if you’re unsure.
Content

What if we need a country or topic you don’t cover? Contact us. We prioritize new content based on client needs.
How often is content updated? Regularly. When new intelligence is added, you receive updated files automatically as part of your subscription.
The Advisor
What if the advisor gives an unexpected or strange response? AI responses vary. This is normal. The advisor draws on UC’s research, but AI behavior is not perfectly predictable. If responses are consistently problematic, contact us.
Can we customize the advisor’s tone or behavior? Yes. The instructions document is fully customizable. Adjust the tone, focus, or behavior to fit your organization.
Can we add our own content? Yes. You can add company-specific guidance or internal cultural norms to the instructions. The advisor will incorporate them.
Does the advisor learn from our conversations? No. The advisor does not retain conversation data or learn over time. Each conversation is independent.
Adoption
What if our teams don’t use the advisor? A culture advisor only works if people use it. The Presence Playbook covers how to introduce the advisor, keep it visible, and prompt usage at key moments. Follow the playbook.
How do we introduce it to our teams? The Presence Playbook includes templates for launch announcements, nudges, and high-stakes introductions. Use them.
Can we track usage? Usage tracking depends on your AI platform, not UC. Check your platform’s analytics features.
Pricing and Billing
What does it cost? €99 per team member per year. Flat. All countries. All topics. All updates included.
Are there usage fees or per-country charges? No. One flat fee covers everything.
How does billing work? Annual billing. You receive access immediately upon payment.
Can we start with a pilot? Yes. Start with one team. See results. Expand when ready.
What if we add team members during the year? Contact us to add users. Pro-rated billing for the remainder of the year.
Privacy and Data
Does UC see our conversations with the advisor? No. Conversations happen within your AI platform. UC has no access to them.
Where is the data stored? The intelligence files are stored on your AI platform, under your organization’s control. UC does not host or access your data.
Is this GDPR compliant? UC provides intelligence files only. All data processing happens within your AI platform. GDPR compliance depends on your platform and how your organization uses it.

Do you offer phone support? No. Email only.
