As colleagues you identified the key differences in how you work. Now identify which of those topics the team should address:

1  Group

Share your responses to the Differences-exercise with colleagues from same-country. Individually read and reflect on those responses. Then, together as colleagues from same-country, group the responses into topics. Your colleagues in other-countries will do the same.

2  Recommend

Send your grouped topics to the colleagues in other-countries. They will send their grouped topics to you. Individually read and reflect on their topics. They will read and reflect on the topics you and your colleagues sent to them. Then, as colleagues from same-country, meet and discuss. Finally, recommend those topics which you believe should be addressed by the entire team.

3  Decide 

Send your topics-to-be-addressed to the colleagues from other-countries. They will send their topics-to-be-addressed to you. Individually read and reflect on their topics. They will read and reflect on the topics you and your colleagues have sent to them. Finally, as colleagues from all-countries, meet, discuss and decide which topics should be addressed by the entire team.

Many of the topics you have decided to address as a team might already be on understand-culture. For those topics which are not, please contact us. We will decide if and for which topics to create research teams. In order to produce new content.
