We’ve added Japanese to our languages. All core content about Germany and the United States is now in Japanese. Thanks to our friends at DeepL. And to Fabian Hoshino in Tokyo. A German fluent in Japanese culture and language. Fabian reviewed the translations, making changes where necessary.

We’ve made a design change. Navigation. By using directories. See the menu. Everything above About. We now have a consistent look.

This is important. Because we intend to grow. By adding countries, topics, and languages. And we have taken a smartphone-first design approach.

Which means UC’s design has to be very tight. A lot of content. About complex subject matter. The design needs to be well structured, logical, easy to use, intuitive.
