Important

This Anecdotes space is experimental. And it’s for free. You have paid for access to our core content – Germany:USA, Germany, United States – and to the examples under Patterns.

If this space – Anecdotes – proves to be helpful, we will keep it going. Let’s see how it develops, if you as colleagues participate thoughtfully, if it has value.

UC is not obligated to post any submitted anecdotes. We’ll post only those which we believe to be relevant. And we reserve the right to edit them for clarity.

Reading and editing the anecdotes will demand serious time and effort. It could turn out that this section is helpful, but simply not financially sustainable for us at UC. We want to keep the yearly access fee as low as possible.

Please notice that when you comment your full name will appear. No anonymity. This, we hope, will ensure serious reflection. We want quality not quantity.

In your user profile you can assign a URL to your name. Folks reading your comments can click on your name and thereby be redirected to a website of your choice.

Notice also that comments can be segmented based on both nationality and/or company. This assuming that in your profile you provided either of those pieces of information.

Be thoughtful, clear, concise. Stay on message. Help each other.
